IntarS is derived from seat-1 WAWI, the merchandise management suite of seat-1 Software GmbH, which has been in production use since 1999. Experience of over 40 installations has fruited into the development of IntarS. By removal of complex functionality while increasing the configuration capabilities, IntarS yields a lean, stable, simple and fast base system. This is the foundation of an optimal implementation project, in which your requirements are integrated efficiently.
IntarS is Free Software released to customers with source code under the terms of the GNU General Public License, the most wide spread OpenSource license world wide. We offer the implementation project and support contracts. You are free to choose from any IntarS partner or even implement any adaptations yourself as we also provide training.
We offer you 3 package sizes to implement IntarS for your business. For special needs, we can offer you customized implementation projects!
- IntarS-10: when all you need is the standard base system and you configure minor details autonomously.
- IntarS-20: when efficient customising leads to an optimal solution.
- IntarS-30: when many of your special needs should be reflected in your application.
- IntarS-C: when you have special circumstances.
IntarS-10
This package includes a short introduction of the basic system and an overview of the configuration capabilities. You can either adapt the application to your needs or order subsequent configuration services.
- Business Analysis: current system, important factors of the value adding business processes, project goals
- Data Migration: items, customers, prices, item lists
- Workflow: definition of business process and structure organisation within the application
- Customizing Output: user interface, vouchers and reports
- Training: basic, application
- Project Documentation: documentation of the implementation project
This project configuration include about 14 project days to fixed price of only € 9.800,- *).
IntarS-20
You are aware of the important factors and would like to configure the system yourself without forbearing from accessing our experience. IntarS-30 is designed for you.
- Business Analysis: current system, important factors of the value adding business processes, joint development of the implementation concept and project goals
- Data Migration: items, customers, prices, item lists
- Workflow: definition of business process and structure organisation within the application
- Customizing Data Model: extend and configuring the data model
- Customizing Business Processes: implement specialized business logic, enrich key elements with specialized business functionality
- Customizing Output: user interface, vouchers and reports
- Individualise Queries: configure additional queries and reports
- DATEV Interface: configure interface to the financial accounting system
- Training: basic, application, administrative
- Project Documentation: documentation of the implementation project
This project configuration include about 25 project days at a fixed price of only € 19.700,- *).

IntarS-30 is the configuration in which IntarS is employed with optimal results. It includes:

- Data Migration: items, customers, prices, item lists
- Data Reorganisation: reorganize and purge data
- Workflow: definition of business process and structure organisation within the application
- Customizing Data Model: extend and configuring the data model
- Customizing Business Processes: implement specialized business logic, enrich key elements with specialized business functionality
- Customizing Output: user interface, vouchers and reports
- Individualise Queries: configure additional queries and reports

You have special needs or are bound be external conditions and would like to develop a customized offer with us. Get in contact and describe the core situation. We will develop a project plan together.
If desired, we can offer the IntarS package as an appliance i.e. including hardware, configuration, data backup and remote access for remote support.
You may receive further services, technical training and administrative tasks at a daily rate of € 800,- *).
